The questionnaires will be used to collect information and comments from the stakeholders throughout the course of the study.

Questionnaire No.2

This questionnaire aims at gathering data and information on specific products called ‘product cases' for the purpose of Task 4 of the Lot 3 Sound and Imaging Equipment.

In particular, with this questionnaire, we are seeking information for the following;

  • Bill of Materials (BOM) of the products, i.e. material composition and weight for each material fraction used to construct and package the product.
  • Environmental aspects during product life, i.e. emission to air/water/soil, waste generated and possibility for reuse, consumables etc.

We would be grateful if you could respond to this questionnaire as soon as possible. Responses before 21st August 2009 will provide the required data to enable calculation of environmental impacts of the products in question and evaluate the potential for improvements.
