Purpose: To review work on Task 6 (Improvement Potential) and Task 7 (Policy and Impact Analysis) of the Lot 3 Sound and Imaging Equipment study.

Timing for the day will most likely be 10am to 5pm (However, there may be the need to have separate breakout sessions for Players/Recorders, Projectors, and Games Consoles, and possibly digital photo-frames). Whilst the details for the day have yet to be agreed, the Agenda will very likely cover:
