Invitation to the third stakeholder meeting 

Date: Monday, 14 June 2010,  10am - 4.30pm

Location: Centre Conference Albert Borschette (CCAB), rue Froissart, 36, 1049 Brussels, Belgium

Purpose: To review work on Task 6 (Improvement Potential) and Task 7 (Policy and Impact Analysis) of the Lot 3 Sound and Imaging Equipment study.

Timing for the day will most likely be 10am to 5pm (However, there may be the need to have separate breakout sessions for Players/Recorders, Projectors, and Games Consoles, and possibly digital photo-frames). Whilst the details for the day have yet to be agreed, the Agenda will very likely cover:

  • Introductions
  • Presentations on the draft Task 1 results for the study (We plan to publish the draft Task 1 report on the website around the 16th April in order that stakeholders have time to review this before the meeting.)
  • Generalised findings from the questionnaire responses
  • Preliminary Task 2 findings
  • Discussions seeking consensus on product definitions, scope, etc. identifying gaps where stakeholder input is needed.
